Nexus Photonics to Commercialize DARPA LUMOS Technologies

Nexus Photonics is thrilled to announce the extension of its DARPA (The Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency) LUMOS (Lasers for Universal Microscale Optical Systems) contract beyond Phase 3. With the Phase 3 extension, Nexus will focus on scaling the groundbreaking technology developed under this initiative for widespread commercial use. This extension underscores Nexus’ innovative capabilities and commitment to the highest performance and reliability standards.

The LUMOS program has been pivotal in developing cutting-edge photonic solutions and state-of-the-art lasers that promise to revolutionize various industries, including quantum, AR/VR, healthcare, and defense.
