Optica publishes Nexus’ breakthrough platform advancement for Quantum and beyond

06.09.2023

We’re honored to share that Nexus’ latest advancement to our silicon nitride photonic platform has been published in Optica Memorandum. In this demonstration of heterogenous integration on SiN, we’ve enabled operation at the 780 nm wavelength range for rubidium sensors, quantum technologies, and other applications while remaining operable at high temperatures up to 110 ◦C.

Our superior integration allows for a comprehensive set of active building block devices enabling fully integrated high-performance systems-on-a-chip – surpassing other existing technologies and setting a new standard for next-generation systems.
